Prior to TriPoint Financial LLC, Norm spent 17 years at JLL, a leading global commercial real estate firm, where he excelled in various roles, including accounting, business partnering, and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). During his most recent role as Director of Finance, Norm became known as a financial “fixer,” leading transformative initiatives to revamp financial processes and support business units struggling to meet their financial objectives. His expertise spans general accounting, productivity and pricing metrics, invoicing and collections, and financial reporting.

Norm is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is also a seasoned QuickBooks ProAdvisor with a proven track record of delivering exceptional accounting and finance services to his clients.
